Vistas on the Lake

Situated on two parcels of prime lake-front land, Vistas on the Lake will serve as the focal point for the resurgence of the historic Baltimore neighborhood of Reservoir Hill. With the help of city initiatives, heightened community involvement, and private investment, Reservoir Hill is fast becoming a preeminent residential destination.

The proposed development consists of the site improvement of two vacant parcels of land facing the reservoir for which the area is named. The first parcel will be developed as 87 condominium units and 100 parking spaces, and will occupy 6 stories above a 2-story garage structure. At the ground floor, a coffee shop and a drop-off dry cleaner will be provided for the benefit of the residents and surrounding community.

The second parcel will most likely be developed as an 83 unit condominium building. The façade will replicate the first building’s look, and continue the tradition of high-quality building in Reservoir Hill.
