CIMG: Developing the Future

As a young, but rapidly growing development firm, CIMG has proven its ability to succeed in the world of real estate development. Our past projects include historic high-rises and stately rowhomes; our current projects include luxury waterview condominiums and single family rehabs. With numerous smaller-scale multi-family projects already complete, and several larger-scale projects in the pre-development phases, CIMG is ready to improve upon its well-established reputation. The success of the properties we have completed, and the impressive vision of the ones we are currently working on, serve as a testament to our ability to develop the highest quality housing products.

Although we have completed high-quality, affordable residential projects in the past (see The Chateau), CIMG is primarily a market-rate housing developer (see WaterView Overlook, Vistas on the Lake and the Station at Fell's Point). We engage in raw land subdivision build-out and renovation of existing properties. Utilizing comprehensive research and analysis techniques, we are able to consistently locate excellent opportunities that fit well into our investment model. From there, whether starting from scratch with raw land, or rehabilitating under-utilized structures, our main objective is the same: to achieve the successful transformation of properties.
