CIMG’s CEO, A. Rod Womack, and a partner met at a financial workshop several years ago. Realizing that their respective talents and expertise positioned them as excellent business partners, they quickly made plans to form a real estate development company. In 1999, they created Consolidated Investment & Management Group, LLC, with an investment of just $5,000.
Within a couple of short years, the ambitious team turned that investment into over $1 Million worth of investment properties. CIMG has continued this impressive rate of growth and expansion, establishing itself among the strongest development companies in the area. As CIMG forges ahead, we take with us a passion for providing quality housing in diverse markets across the region. We operate with the understanding that the hallmark of a thriving company is the ability to embrace change, mitigate risk, and exercise creativity.CIMG has experienced steady growth since our inception in 1999.
