A. Rod Womack
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Womack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. He served as President of Maryland Food Services, Inc., from 1995 to 1998, where he co-owned and successfully managed the famed Redwood Grill restaurant in downtown Baltimore. After selling his holdings in Maryland Food Services, Inc., he sought out opportunities in property investment and development. He eventually began investing in real-estate full-time, which led to the formation of Consolidated Investment & Management Group, LLC, in 1999. Today, Antonio employs his business acumen and management skills to help pave the way for the future expansion of CIMG.
Catherine Fennell
Chief Development Officer
Ms. Fennell holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology and History from Vanderbilt University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore. Ms. Fennell has been involved in real estate development since 1987, when she acted as a project manager for nationally-known developer Struever Bros., Eccles & Rouse. She has worked in real estate lending at NationsBank, served as the Development Director for the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development, and headed new offices for several major developers in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Her extensive experience covers rental, for-sale, affordable and market-rate, as well as new construction and rehabilitation.
